Jixsei simply stopped responding to the manifestation as it continued to list all her other fears in a slow and steady pattern, paced so that each word lingered in the air, the sound ringing in her ears. With each slight pause and each thought that raced through her mind when every fear was spoken, the twelve foot figure overwhelmed her.
She curled up into a ball, hoping that she would awaken from this terrible, terrible event, but she knew she couldn't run away from herself. And so she began to cry, knowing every word that was said was indeed her every fear.
